Opal Lands (Pvt) Ltd was first launched in 1999 under the leadership of Dr. Mirissage Pushpakumara Hemachandra Silva who has roots in the real estate field with 10 years experience who started business with 4 employees.

But, today, we are a company empowered with more than 40 committed personnel to create an idyllic living environment to those who come to us.

Our customer base which exceeds 10,000 and continuous to grow which is the best proof of our delivery of the property solutions to the best of our capacity, which has earned Opal Lands the reputation as a respected and trusted business entity.
We always assure that each plot of land we sell is up to the international standards ensuring that they are situated in scenic surroundings not close to industrial areas, that there is a vast reduction in noise and water pollution.

While Dr. M.P.Hemachandra Silva is our chairperson, Mrs. J.S. Devi Silva and Mrs. R.N. Niroshani Fernando function as directors.

Mr. Jeewantha Ambepitiya is the General manager and Mr. Sanath Kumara and Ajith Wickramaarachchi are two other managers engaged in real estate sector.

Having our Head office in a convenient location at ” Opal Building “, No.156 4/1, Galle Road, Rathmalana, we have established site offices at every ongoing projects.

Our head office is open from Monday – Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-12 for the clients for any inquiries regarding any of the land related matters and site offices 7 days of the week at our ongoing projects anywhere.
